In order to obtain a copy of the source code for Mosaic you must
fill out a licensing agreement and mail it to us via a postal 
service.  We will not accept electronic versions of the agreement!
Just download the agreement and print it out.  We have made the 
licensing agreement available in a variety of formats for your 
convienence.
