7.1 Upgrading to Windows Version 3.1

   To use the  multimedia extensions with  Windows version 3.1,  first set up
   Windows with Multimedia version  1.0, and then upgrade  to Windows version
   3.1 by  installing it  into  the same  directory.  If you  set  up Windows
   version 3.1 before setting  up Windows with Multimedia,  not all the files
   will be properly installed.
