Notes:  For FGDRIVER v1.10, this function was "FG_CLPIMAGE" (see AX=0010h);
          "FG_IMAGEBUF" did not exist yet
        Fastgraph's internal buffer is 4096 bytes; this function allows the
          application to define a larger buffer which will typically speed
          processing
