Notes:  For FGDRIVER v1.10, this function was "FG_GETMAP" (see AX=003Ch);
          "FG_GETYJOY" was AX=0077h
        The actual coordinates are processor- and joystick-dependent
        You must call "FG_INITJOY" (AX=004Dh) before using this function
