        DX = starting DAC register number (0000h to 00FFh)

Notes:  For FGDRIVER v1.10, this function was "FG_CHGATTR" (see AX=000Bh);
          "FG_GETDACS" was AX=00A4h
        The register number wraps back to zero after FFh
