        AL = 01h set concatenation mode (all printer output put in one job)
             02h set truncation mode (default)
                 printer open/close starts new print job
             03h flush printer output and start new print job
Return: CF set on error
            AX = error code
        CF clear if successful
Notes:  subfunction 03h is equivalent to Ctrl/Alt/keypad-*
