Desc:   create a permanent capture file for the next print capture to be
          started
Notes:  this function is supported by NetWare 4.0+, Advanced NetWare 1.0+, and
          Alloy NTNX
        the caller must have read, write, and create rights for the directory
          containing the capture file

 00h    WORD    length of following data (max 102h)
 02h    BYTE    09h (subfunction "Specify Capture File")
 03h    BYTE    directory handle or 00h
 04h    BYTE    length of filename
 05h  N BYTEs   name of capture file
