I have been playing with unix & linux for about 2-3 years and have 
developed into quite a bit of a nerd (how could you not though?) I just 
found SDF the other day, and was pretty excited about having a unix shell 
account that is actually professionally run instead of the glom bullshit 
I've got going on my home network here.  I spend most of my time on the 
computer, studying (get to that in a minute) and doing stuff outside if 
you can believe that! Oh,  I've also got a 'tech support' job that I spend 
1/2 my week hating but it pays the bills.  I am pursuing a 
network/electrical engineering degree right now, and plan on going on to 
get some kind of advanced degree after that, Preferably at Washington 
University since thats one of the PIMPEST places to go for CS in the USA.  
Yeah, I'm not rich enough nor do I have the grades to go to a school like 
Carnegie-Mellon, Cal-tech or MIT but still wouldn't turn down any of these 
schools if they were to say, offer me a scholarship or something! (ha ha)
My current hobbies are learning C++ and x86(intel) assembly language.  Why 
Assembly language ? you may ask.  I think that it is probably the most 
interesting language I have ever encountered.  It is very different from 
OOP and in some ways, even linear programming languages (I don't know if 
that's what you call them specifically but I am referring to languages 
like C and basic)  I read 2600 religously; Recently I've been trying to 
figure out the arcane world of Sun Sparc & solaris.  It's such a pain in 
the ass !

I am looking to get in contact with people with similar interests, but no 
stupid creepyness please.  You WILL be shut down & ignored so lets not 
waste eachothers time K? 
1) if you are some kind of sun-sparc guru & don't mind neubie questions 
that I can promise wont be absolutely retarded (I do tech support 
remember? I understand the difference between 'saying' I read the manual & 
instructions and actually having done so) I would like to talk with you. 

2) if you are just looking to talk to someone from the state of DELAWARE 
because people from small states facinates you, then by all means please 
contact me.  Or if you happen to be from DE, absolutely get in touch ! I 
live in the New Castle area so maybe you are my neighbor up the street or 
something ( It is a really small state ) DE hardly gets rep'd enough.

3) Do you like programming ? I live for it personally, and would love to 
speak with people who would like to pass code around & bounce ideas back & 
forth.

4) I can't emphasize it enough, but I really like to chat with people, so 
e-mail me, or whatever.  Since I am on SDF, I am sure there is some kind 
of IRC like thingie-mo-bob on here - I have yet to find it yet, but this 
is like the 2nt day I've been able to play so I will eventually.  Don't 
hesitate to look me up!
