Alternatively, you could just have "tla make-archive --mirror" and "tla 
make-archive --mirror-from" check to see if you have the file 
~/.arch-params/signing/$MIRROR and if not, create it and put the correct 
value in there.

Pretty simple to do. By checking for the file first, you prevent 
overwriting an already customized value.
