I just added a page to the wiki describing a way to synchronise the Linux kernel BKCVS repository with a GNU Arch one: http://wiki.gnuarch.org/moin.cgi/BKCVS_20to_20Arch_20Script_20for_20Linux_20Kernel My local mirroring proved to be stable for the last ~3700 changesets (since Linux 2.6.9). Unfortunately, I don't have a place to host a public mirror of it. Feel free to correct/improve the page.
