I had the same problem with one I'd built myself from sources, but I don't quite get what's going on. Here's an example of me running replay twice in a tree. This happens with pretty much any tree I use, and breaks different ways each time which adds a bit of confusion. I ran a whole lot of replays on one directory and actually got it up-to-date, but that was a bit of a pain. bsdboy:~/prog/viewarch 507> tla replay * patching for revision tez@kamihira.com--2004s/ViewARCH--devo--0.0.8--patch-85 A {arch}/ViewARCH/ViewARCH--devo/ViewARCH--devo--0.0.8/tez@kamihira.com- -2004s/patch-log/patch-85 M README.ViewCVS M templates/default/footer.tpl M templates/default/header.tpl M templates/ja/footer.tpl M templates/ja/header.tpl /usr/pkg/bin/gtar: Unaligned block (3997 bytes) in archive /usr/pkg/bin/gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now Broken pipe 0.103u 0.108s 0:00.65 30.7% 0+0k 83+262io 24pf+0w bsdboy:~/prog/viewarch 508> tla replay * patching for revision tez@kamihira.com--2004s/ViewARCH--devo--0.0.8--patch-86 A lib/summary.py A {arch}/ViewARCH/ViewARCH--devo/ViewARCH--devo--0.0.8/tez@kamihira.com- -2004s/patch-log/patch-86 M lib/gencache.py M lib/tlatools.py * patching for revision tez@kamihira.com--2004s/ViewARCH--devo--0.0.8--patch-87 A {arch}/ViewARCH/ViewARCH--devo/ViewARCH--devo--0.0.8/tez@kamihira.com- -2004s/patch-log/patch-87 M lib/viewarch.py M templates/default/list.tpl M templates/ja/list.tpl /usr/pkg/bin/gtar: Unaligned block (4000 bytes) in archive /usr/pkg/bin/gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now Broken pipe 0.203u 0.122s 0:00.45 71.1% 0+0k 1+405io 0pf+0w (two more runs and this tree was up to date).
