There is no 'cvs blame', but 'cvs annotate'. Personally I think that
'annotate' is more intuitive, as in 'annotate-file-lines'. 'blame' is
completely misleading (does it send email to someone's mom?)

I would call the command 'show-the-last-revision-description-
for-each-line-of-tree-file'. Or 'annotate' for short.
