The only problem is you also need to include the changelog for 
lord@emf.net--2004/tla--devo--1.3 since that also has some changes to 
the 1.2 code.

And I'm not sure how these changes compare with the 1.2.1 code (and they 
certainly don't compare easily to the 1.2.2rc2 code) But that is all 
being fixed now with the new way of doing releases.
