The name=20 "foo" is now attached to a somewhat different project, and I now want to=20 create a "foo" category in the archive for this new project. Of course=20 there already is a "foo" category, but it contains a project which is=20 now actually called "bar." So, I would like to rename the category "foo" to "bar," and then create=20 a new category "foo." How can I do this?
