HOW TO CREATE BOOKMARK FOR EXPRESS ACCESS INTO CHECS?

	If you find the CHECS useful and would like to have an express
way of access into this information retrieval system, you can create an
entry in the bookmark of your gopher server by following the below
procedures:

(1) Hit <A> after you enter the CHECS main menu.

(2) A pop-up "Name for this bookmark" window with a default bookmark entry 
    will appeared. You can change the suggested name (Cooperative Higher 
    Education & Career Studies (CHECS) in this case) of this bookmark entry
    by type in your own favoured name, e.g. CHECS.
    
(3) Press <Enter> after finished.

(4) Hit <v> anywhere within gopher when you want to access the CHECS.

(5) Select the bookmark name (CHECS, or any other name assigned by you) and
    then hit <Enter>.
    
(6) The CHECS main menu will appeared shortly.

(7) To delete a particular bookmark entry, press <d> on the selected
    bookmark entry after hit <v> to call up the bookmark function
    inside gopher.
    
(8) If you want to access into a particular sub-menu (or sub-directory)
    instead of the whole CHECS menu directly, you should press
    <a> instead of <A> to create the bookmark entry and then follow the 
    same procedures described in items (2) to (5) above.
