X.      OFFICE OF ANCILLARY SERVICES
	
        The Office is responsible for the following areas of work:

1.      Managing the rental services of the Lam Woo International
        Conference Centre for international conferences and seminars;

2.      Monitoring the catering services of the University both at the
        Ho Sin Hang Campus and the Shaw Campus;

3.      Monitoring the operation of the University Bookshop; 

4.      Managing the operation of the Staff Lounge;

5.      Developing and monitoring the joint venture projects and new
        companies to be formed.
