Training and Development Service In-service Programme on the Practice of Higher Education: This is a two-year two-part programme designed to facilitate effective practice in higher education. Part I aims to orient new faculty members in the immediate context of university teaching and Part II aims to pave the way for more professional development. Each part consists of twelve seminars or workshops. To facilitate exchange and exploration, these are conducted in small groups and always in an informal friendly atmosphere. The programme is open to all faculty members.
