Payment of Student Travel Subsidy

The Student Travel Subsidy Scheme provides 
assistance towards students who have to take 
transport to their regular place of study. 

The second batch of student travel subsidy
applications has been processed and the travel
subsidies have been credited into the bank
accounts of the successful applicants through
autopayment on 15 February 2000. Those students
whose applications are unsuccessful have been
notified by the Student Financial Assistance
Agency.

A list of UGC students (HKBU) with STS allowance 
paid by identity card numbers in ascending order
only  has been posted in the notice board of the 
Academic Registry located at Level 6, Fong Shu
Chuen Library, Ho Sin Hang Campus. Students who
have not not yet received any message should wait
for the release of results in the successive
batches. Enquiry at this stage is thus 
undersirable.
