There was no mark on his body but an autopsy showed large amounts of methane gas in his system. His diet had consisted primarily of beans and cabbage (and a couple of other things). It was just the right combination of foods. It appears that the man died in his sleep from breathing the poisonous cloud that was hanging over his bed. Mark ------------------------------ From: "Stephen St." Subject: ndc-longest you have gone without a shower? Date: Fri, 23 Sep 2005 17:26:27 GMT Ive got the day off today..so here goes... Last spring, I remodeled the only bathroom in my house. We were able to keep the toilet workable for the 5 weeks it took to do the remodel. However, there was no shower for about 3 weeks. I did have many options where to shower(the gym, neighbors, ex wife, etc) and did for a few days during the demo, cause it was very messy. But then, I decided to give it a few days and see just how bad it got. BTW, I am a shower fanatic, sometimes doing 2 per day. I live alone I should add. I went 7 days before giving in. The scary part is that after a 3 days, you stop caring. But the dog stopped coming in the same room with me, so that did it. So, given the opportunity to shower, whats the longest you put it off for? ------------------------------ From: kpnnews@yahoo.com Subject: Re: Chicago Date: 23 Sep 2005 10:27:24 -0700 JC Martin wrote: > Hey now. > > My wife is going to Chicago this next week on business. Oh, I'd still bash Gore today. He would have put the Democratic Party back another 15 years, a party in danger of implosion. One of my arguments if you remember way back when is that I figured even if Bush was elected, we'd finally get to see the kind of America the neo-Republicans would run and that would bode well for the Democratic Party in terms of redefining their principles and the message put out. And I will from time to time defend the Bush administration on certain things. Like his handling of the U.N. in terms of forcing inspectors back into Iraq was the right thing to do. Not that I believed their motives were pure, cause they weren't. I'm pretty liberal on a lot of issues, but I'm also a realist. I see the Democratic Party for what it is...a complete disaster. I think it'll grow stronger because of Bush over time and that's a good thing for American democracy. We have some huge bumps in the road from time to time in America. This is one of many in our history. And yeah, I'm sure we disagree. But in terms of where we'd like to see the country go, I doubt we're too far apart. There was no mark on his body but an autopsy showed large amounts of methane gas in his system. His diet had consisted primarily of beans and cabbage (and a couple of other things).
