This concert is a one-year-before celebration of the Universiade which will be held in Fukuoka. The Valentines was the main act. The following Japanese bands and musicians also played; Kiyoshiro Imawano, To Be Continued, Kosetsu Minami, Kazuo Zaitsu, Yumi Tanimura, Sumitada Azumano, Kahoru Kohiruimaki, Keizo Nakanishi, The Timers. At the grand finale, the Valentines and all musicians came upon the stage again, and sang "Sukiyaki" altogether.
