Her name was Judy Flannery. She had five kids. She'd won the triathlon worlds severl times and the duathlon worlds last year. Some kid was goofing around and tried to scare her training group, and lost control. I guess, it's reminded me of my own mortality. It's also made me realize and apprecaite the friends I do have. Those of you there...love you all! If anything positive can be salvaged from this, it's an appreciation of how precious each moment of our lives really is. Well, everyone...be safe out there ok. .
