Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII At This point the feast tickets are all spoken for. there is a wait list forming, send mail to lisette, or myself. there might be a few cancellations, etc. BUT, do not dispair. Since the feast is served tavern style, and there is no assigned seating you can bring your own food, if you did not get a feast ticket in time. I ask that you try to bring food in somewhat medieval-ish style so that you do not "break the mood" of those that did. In other words, No MCDONALDS BIG MACS please.. :) Also, people who reserved feast tickets, please remember to bring feast gear to eat upon, as well as a drinking vessel. There will be water available on the tables. This site is WET, period containers only so feel free bring some (and you can share with the autocrat staff, i will let you) Counter to this, there will be no over indulgence allowed, and minors are not to be served PERIOD. Minors will be marked. This event looks to be a good one, and packed full of fun. NOTE NOTE NOTE !!!! NOTE NOTE NOTE !!!! NOTE NOTE NOTE Site is now open 1:00 for Arts and Sciences. the event begins at 3:00 but the madrone arts and sciences championship will begin at 1ish. Opening court (subject to their excellencies whims) should be at 1:30 for those entrants who wish to enter. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come support the entrants. Also, Linnet Kestral, Kingdom Arts and Science Champion is going to be holding an informal "Q&A" session sometime to be announced at the event for those that are interested. Here is a glance at the menu we are serving.. Saracen Stew (pork and chicken in sweet/spicy stew broth) Greens in Almond Milk (a vegetarian soup) Tart for an Ember Day (an egg, cheese, and onion pie) Froumenty (barley dish) fresh baked bread with cheese Egg Custard Tart (dessert) Merangue Subtleties (another dessert) I look forward to seeing all my freinds again, and it promises to be GREAT FUN!! badger .
