You may recall from our first meeting in May that many of us said that we were involved in "community development" but the definitions of what we each meant by that were unclear. This discussion is intended to tap into the wealth of knowledge and experience among group members who are involved in community development activities. Second hour: Brown bag lunch and business meeting. Laurie Deppman will report on what she's found out about the next University Initiatives Fund proposal process, we will distribute and discuss an updated list of community-campus partnerships involving UW, and we will continue our discussion of how to best respond to the President's Task Force Report on Public Service and Outreach.
