Over the last 3 years I have had the pleasure of hosting some UW groups who decided a ski trip to Canada would be a fun thing to do. UW Forestry, UW Outdoor House, UW Alpha Epsilon Delta, UW-ESL to name a few. These groups and others have had a great time, and all say the same thing, "what a great deal ... we'll do it again". The question for me is, "Why has it been so hard to reach other groups who may want to do a ski trip to Canada?" Well, I've decided to show you first hand why a ski trip to Canada with your group makes an incredible social outing. =20 I would like to invite you, as a potential UW ski group leader, to join Canadian Outback and other UW group leaders on a Familiarization ski trip to Whistler. THIS TRIP WILL BE FREE to qualified UW group leaders (those people who actually influence what activities a given group may do, and who have seriously considered doing, or have already done, a ski trip for the group). One leader per group may accept the free offer, and may bring one guest at a reduced price of just $159 USD. =20 You will stay either double (2 sharing) or quad (4 sharing) occupancy at one of Powder Resort Properties located in Whistler, just minutes from the lifts and all the fun Whistler has to offer. You'll ski both days at either Whistler or Blackcomb, 2 of North America's finest ski and board destinations. You'll enjoy a relaxing drive from Seattle to Whistler about a deluxe, comfortable motorcoach, complete with guides, entertainment, and beverages. I have tentatively chosen the weekend of March 26-28 for the trip. We'd leave UW on Friday late afternoon around 5:30 pm, and return on Sunday night around 11:00 pm. > When do you have a break at UW? If we can come up with a better date, I'd defintely consider it. It doesn't have to be a weekend. In fact, midweek may work better. Do you have term break coming up at all? Please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you, and answering any questions you may= have.
