Thanks to everyone who responded to the original call for interest.
Here's the scoop on our picnic:

Who:	ASI Members and Guests

What:	Potluck Picnic

When:	Saturday, September 11, 1999 from 12:00 noon til 5:00p

Where:	Gaswords Park in Seattle

Why:	Catch up on everyone's news, relax, and goof off!

Details:

Gasworks is a great park on Lake Union in the Wallingford neighborhood.
It's surrounded by water on three sides, has a stunning view of downtown,
and has good parking.  We have reserved space in the covered shelter area
as well as some tables outside.

Gasworks is accessible by Metro bus; see their website at
http://transit.metrokc.gov for route and schedule details.

What to bring:

FOOD:  Categories are main dish, side dish, dessert, beverage, necessities
