Hi there. My goddaughter will be turning two years old this fall. And, I would like to get her a gift that is doing something to help for her future on this planet. (i.e. plant a tree in her name.) I know that she would prefer a TOY at this point in her life. But, I know that she will be receiving lots of those, and I would like to give her something which will last a while longer, and do some good for our environment. Now, chances are that I will get her a toy as well, so please do not feel bad for her. But, this is an idea I have, and I'd love some suggestions. I know that everyone has their own special interests, and any input would be appreciated. She lives in Arizona, and I live in NYC. I am not sure if I want to do something specifically for her region, but for the planet, or our country. My resources financially are limited for this. But, I would welcome any suggestions. Thank you. Laura .
