Dorothy Manessi-Tsilibari Gregory, PhD 1980 in English and Comparative
Literature (Columbia), long-time teacher of Modern Greek language and
literature at Barnard College, Columbia University, died early Sunday
morning in her native Kerkyra after a long battle with cancer and
leukemia. Her family was at her side. Funeral will be on Monday
afternoon in the city of Kerkyra. Condolences may be sent to Hodos
Capodistriou 96, 49100 Corfu, Greece.
