I've just reviewed my 8th residency questionnaire from yet another panicked student who HAS TO KNOW MY DECISION RIGHT NOW. This one's from a student who wrote a note on the photocopy of his Washington driver's license that he did not own a vehicle and therefore had no WA motor vehicle registration. However, on the back of the residency questionnaire, he listed a VW bus with Virginia plates. As fate would have it, the student happened to park his VW bus with Virginia plates right outside my office window. As luck would have it, I noticed it.
