Can you send out a request for other state schools to comment about the residency of a student that we have? His situation is as follows: He is 53 years old. Says he owns 3 houses in Spokane (No documentation of this.) He states on RQ that he has been a resident since 1991. He submitted a letter from the county auditor that says he voted in WA the last 5 elections. He did not submit copy of his voter's registration card. His vehicle registration is in his wife's name but does have a WA address. His 96 income taxes were filed from WA and we have a letter from his bank saying he has had an account here since 1993. The problem is that he has an Oregon driver's license but it does have his WA address on it. He tells me he does not intend to get a WA license. We also have information from our VA office that he received Voc rehab benefits out of the Boise, ID office and they have his address in Sandpoint, ID. This leaves questions that he may be claiming residency in other states. Please help!
