Does anyone know how to get the default scrolling in Mozilla to be
line-by-line rather than huge jumps?  I just installed 0.9.8 (on RH 7.2),
and while I found the preferences option to make it to line-by-line upon
usage of a modifier key, I can't seem to get it set to do it by default.

Any help appreciated,
