Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know and ask you that at our next gbm, we will be
having a vote on shirt designs.  If you have a design you would like to
use, please use it.
Here is what you need to know, if you want to use it in a design:
1.  Our Logo for the conference is "Service in a Haze"(maybe you can come
up with a slogan with it? or maybe even a slogan that doesnt?)
2.  Our conference will be nov 7-9, 2003 in seattle.
3.  Somewhere on the shirt you may want to put all the names of the
chapters.
4.  Make sure Alpha Phi Omega is somewhere on the shirt-large
letters?Small letters(maybe if on logo)?
5. The designs, must be monotone-well black, and be about the same size
as will appear on the shirt.
6. Know where on the shirt you want it.
7. Designs must not be:blurry, faded(as in the design fade out or in), too
small and close together-we want to read it.
8. Think about whether it will look better on long/shirt sleeve.
9. Think about colors to use.  choose two- one for ink, the other for
shirt.
10.  Bring to GBM on the 5th of march. It should be a quick vote.

That is all i need to say. Good luck on your designs, and remember that a
lot of people might end up wearing this, so make it look cool! Cheers!
