OK, I've just looked outside and I'm ready to roll.

If anyone wants to join me I'm going to go for a not-to-fast/ not-to-slow
ride at 5.00.  If you want to come, meet at the Montlake Bridge at 5.00.
This is my first ride for a couple of months so don't expect too much.
Possibly BGT or Mercer island (How's traffic at this time?).
