The Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition has established this 
scholarship program to qualify personnel for acquisition positions in the 
Department of Defense (DoD).  Up to 16 scholarships are available this 
year.  The Application Deadline is March 22, 1995.
Additional information including eligibility criteria and how to obtain 
application materials is available in the Civil Engineering Advising 
Office - 201A More Hall.  An announcement is posted on the Graduate 
Student Information bulletin board on the second floor of More Hall.
