The wheels are brand new, never ridden, no tires glued on. The bars, stem, and seatpost are used but very good condition. I live in Germantown, MD and can box and ship the bike anywhere in the US at no additional cost. The retail price on the frame alone is $600. I would like to sell the bike quickly and am asking $600 obo for the complete bike, all items listed above. All you need are pedals and tires (which I can also supply).
