If not, how else can I get a copy of it? I attended an Australian national IUCN conference, at which a group of indigenous Australians moved to have the World Heritage Operational Guidelines amended to recognise the primary role of indigenous people in the nomination, evaluation, monitoring and management of World Heritage areas. We used Agenda 21 and ILO 169 to support the call. However, somebody has asked me for a copy of ILO 169, and I only have sections of it, quoted in other documents. it would be useful to be able to circulate the whole Convention to all of the conference participants - especially the indigenous reps.
