Hey there everyone...I see you've all been busy while I was away.  Thank
you for all your efforts.  While the the first floor Commuication rooms
may not be aesthetically ideal, I think they would serve the purpose for
the talk--mostly because they seat enough people.  The fact that they are
right below the Simpson Center reception area is also a definite plus.
Money, of course, is also an issue, so either of those rooms would be my
vote.

As far as the workshop goes, we should book the Simpson Center conference
room--paperwork for alchohol permits doesn't need to be processed till a
month before the event.  We do however need to fill out the student
organization paperwork before that can be done--do we have a draft
constitution at this point?

In any case, we need to come to a consensus on the room and let the
Simpson Center know.  Jeff--I'm guessing that you've been in contact with
Chandan on this.  You can continue handling it, or I will--whatever's
better for you.

We should all meet with the Simpson Center in week one or two of the
quarter--let me know what days/times work best and I'll set up a meeting.
