I have also served as an advisor to Parks Canada for bison/brucellosis management over the last two. I participated in the development of the Interim Management Plan for bison in Yellowstone National Park (YNP) and Montana and am involved in negotiations for an analogous plan for Wyoming. But then, nobody's perfect! I have seen some recent traffic on the biology netgroups but have had no real time to be a part of it in recent weeks. However, I would be glad to provide some information about what is going on via BENE and CONSBIO if anyone out there is interested. Could we start by getting a few questions identified and I will try to answer them in annotated fashion. A dialog might be more interesting and informative than a "diatribe," eh? Let me know.
