Hello Riders and Racers,

I am very pleased to announce that my wife and I came home today with a =
new baby boy.  Matthew Allan Undem was born Friday night (2 weeks early, =
6lbs 8oz.) and came home a few hours ago with us.  He is well and happy, =
as are his parents.  He is our first.

Thus, I may be slightly delayed in returning your e-mails and phonecalls =
during the next few weeks because of Matthew's arrival.  Please let me =
know if you have something urgent come up and need a fast reply, =
otherwise it will be a bit slower turnaround than usual and at all hours =
of the night between diaper changes, preparing a new kind of recovery =
drink, etc...

Best wishes for continued good training and racing.  Keep the rubber =
side down and make it count.
