We represent the needs of University students with children. We invite any student to join us in investigating the childcare services needed by student parents, the effectiveness of the Childcare Assistance Program, the feasibility of opening the IMA to children, topics for parenting classes, and any other issue of relevance to student parents. We meet the second and fourth Monday of every month in the HUB second floor ASUW Board Room from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. The February meetings are on the 8th and 22nd. Please note the February 22nd meeting is only from 12:30 to 1:00 PM due to a meeting of the University's Task Force on Child Care. We invite you to attend this meeting as a guest. This committee is in the process of making major decisions about the feasibility of providing more child care to student parents. Please join us at any meeting you can attend. If interested students are unable to attend, please contact Sarah Armstrong at sarms@u.washington. .
