Lynn Gmeiner has accepted a position with a structural engineering firm
in Mt. Vernon.  His last day in CEE will be Tuesday, Sept. 7.

Lynn as been in our dept. for over 16 years.  Let's send him off in the
best possible way by presenting him with a nice gift certificate. 
Renate Staub will accept your donations and have a card available for
you to sign in her office.  I'm hoping to get all donations together by
next Thursday, Sept. 2.  Details on the farewell event will follow soon.

If you are out of town and would like to contribute, IOU's will be
accepted.
