If you are planning to join us for the demo this weekend, thank you! If not, Why Not??!?!? We need your help and we'll do our best to make it fun for all! A few things to remember: If you not able to help during the day Saturday or Sunday, please consider coming help us setup and take down! If you have a hand truck you can bring or loan us, please bring it! Please try to be on site at 9 if you will be working in the morning. This will allow us to be ready for the 10 am opening bell. We will be having a volunteer meeting about 9:15 Saturday morning, and again Sunday if necessary. Bring a chair, a cup, a hat, sunscreen and lunch money! We are providing shade, tables and water for all. Temperatures look to be in the mid-70's so it should be cooler than in recent years past. For those who come drop off or help set up on Friday night, we have a limited number of parking passes available. You are all welcome to drop off any armor or other supplies on Friday night. We will only be able to have 6 people unloading at a time, and you must park completely up on the sidewalk. I'll try to hold at least one of these spots for quick unloads. If you arrive on site later in the day, please check in at the Chatelaine's desk and sign the waivers. We are not recording hours this year, but we do need to sign all the appropriate paperwork and we would like to know how many people come help out. Any questions? Ask! kent@sablerose.net or kent2003@castle.org ------=_NextPart_000_0027_01C3605F.1FB178F0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
