This is an announcement of our (early) winter meeting, to be held Thursday, Nov. 30, at 6:30 pm somewhere in the HUB (room TBA). We will be dealing with the following: * Jersey orders * Dues * Officer elections * Team sweatshirts and T-shirts * Race promotion plans and volunteer signup * Sponsorship update * Probably a thing or two that I've forgotten about :-) In the next few days, I will be mailing out an ORDER FORM for team clothing, which I strongly encourage everyone to print out, sill out, and bring with them to the meeting. If you absolutely cannot make it to the meeting, then you can drop it off in the mailbox of one of the team officers or campus mail it; campus mailstops and office locations will be on the order form. We have a deadline to meet for the clothing order so we need everyone to be prompt about this. We will be asking for at least 60% of the cost of your clothing up-front, and we will also be requesting that people pay dues before we order clothing for them. I am sorry to be stern about this, but it is a major headache to worry about whether clothing will arrive in time for the first race, so we want to get it taken care of fairly early this year.
