Dan Schorr on National Public Radio this morning quoted a German high
official at the foreign ministry as saying, "In dealing with us George
Bush thinks he is Caesar Augustus and that Germany is the province of
Germania." (!)

Very funny, even though painfully accurate. Do our German friends know the
author and circumstances of the quip?
