Hey kids,

  Sorry for the late notice.  I desperately need to have a meeting for
track nationals.  I'd like for people who are interested in contributing
their time and talent to show up at the bike house tonight at 7:30pm.
  I need to discuss what needs to be done, and who is going to do it, by
what date.  I will update people on the status of things and hopefully
by the end of the meeting be able to draw up a time line.
  Some of the major things are:

	transportation- one or two organizers and lots of drivers

	housing- one organizer

	food- one organizer and a few people to help set up

	registration crew (~4)

	results and communications crew (~2)

	set-up and tear down crew (~6)

	event staff during race help (~2 during all events)


  I'm sure I'll come up with more.  Also if any of you can house (and/or
transport) a few athletes please let me know, or if you know anyone else
who can....
