Dear Listers and Colleagues,
I'd like to thank you all for the interesting suggestions provided to my
question. I didn't think that that problem was of such a wide interest, and
moreover that a lot of people could share their time and efforts with such
willingness. This is a nice signal for the list, and for public health in a
wider sense.
