These data would take some massaging to make them useful. There should be one record per county, with each 2000 count for a race/sex/Hispanic origin/age combination as a field, with subtotals for different combinations of one, two, and three dimensions. With some GISDK programming, the br010400.txt file could be read, county by county, into an array with four dimensions and then written to a table with the appropriate fields. We have a lot of other things on our plate, so I'm not sure when we could get to this.
