A Canadian citizen came in whose husband is a "TN visa" holder working in Washington by way of the NAFTA agreement. The prospective student (his wife) holds a passport stamped "Admitted TD class" and "Multi-entry". She has lived in Washington more than one year and has the documentation to meet the domicile requirement, but I'm puzzled by the citizenship. Is this a category that can qualify to pay resident tuition rates if they meet the domicile requirements? She says that they do not plan to return to Canada. Please help! Thanks. We would code 2/23 until student proves compliance and would then switch to 1/01.
