Topics to be discussed include: how and when to use a search firm, opportunities with third party agencies (employment agencies), how the fee structure is established and who pays for the candidates placement, and how to locate specialized staffing agencies. CCS believes this information is very timely as more companies are turning to these agencies to assist with their employment needs. This is one piece of the job search puzzle. I appreciate your assistance in encouraging students to attend.
