We have arranged with the people in charge for Husky Cycling to participate. We will have a small area right besides Montlake Bicycles' display(s). This is a primo spot to do some recruiting and to show off our colors. And also help Montlake's image. Scott and I have been talking about what they do over at Cal for recruiting. They essentially have people ride rollers and people talking/chatting to the crowds. Believe me, people on rollers are definite eye-catchers. Since Scott is out of town until Tuesday, I'll temporarily take over the chore of organizing this. I need people who knows how to ride rollers and also people to talk to the crowds and/or hand out tri-fold pamphlets (these pamphlets are in the works). Here are the time slots, please sign up: Roller riders Crowd talker/speaker 9:30am-10:30am 10:30am-11:30am 11:30am-12:30pm 12:30pm-1:30pm 1:30pm-2:30pm We will have at least one roller going at one time. It'll be nice to have at least 2 people doing the crowd control. If we have more people signed up, we might even get 2 rollers going at the same time. This will really wow them now!!! Scott has promised to ride rollers while juggling!!! Let's start signing up so we can finalize this. If you can sign up for 2 time slots, please do so. Thanks much everyone. -Emerson P.S. For those who went to track nats, does anyone have a good/clear picture of an action photo (something like a team pursuit shot would be great). For everyone else, do we have photos of Huskies doing MTB or 'cross? Thanks. .
