On Dec. 3 @ 7pm there will be a "winter training stratigies for cycling"
seminar given by Erik Moen.  Erik is a physical therapist and a USCF
regional coach.  The seminar will be held at Gregg's Greenlake Cycles.
For more info contact 523-1822.  I dont know if this will conflict with
the team meeting, if not it should be worth while to check out.
